This Privacy Policy explains how we at tinyBuild, LLC (“tinyBuild,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collect, use, and

us. This policy does not apply to the information of end users of our customers who may be playing

tinyBuild games that they purchased through a third-party platform or ecosystem.

tinyBuild is based in the United States and we process and store

If you are in the European Economic Area, we intend to provide adequate

protection for the transfer of personal data to countries outside of the
