Assistant  Game Producer

We’re looking for an Assistant Game Producer. As a perfect candidate, you’re an excellent communicator, absolutely multi-tasking person, have a flexible and open mind, have strong problem-solving skills and absolutely passionate about videogames.

Basic qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a producer or project manager in a game industry;

  • Shipped at least one high-quality game over the full development cycle as Producer or Team Leader.

  • Native or almost native English;

  • Lifelong learning and self-development are crucial skills;

  • Responsibility and ability to make decisions by yourself;

  • Top-notch communication skills – you can easily explain complex ideas clearly and manage expectations

  • Great project management skills, managing multiple projects at a time, with different deadlines and requirements;

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Negotiate deals and buy out rights with external companies and freelancers

  • Experience with interactive pipelines and task managers

Unreal Engine 4 Senior Developer

The tinyBuild is looking for a talented UE4 Senior Developer to join our expanding team delivering ground-breaking games. Must have skills

  • Good programming skills in C++;

  • Development experience within the Unreal Engine 4, 3+ years.

  • Understanding of OOP, design patterns and game architecture.

  • The ability to write clear, maintainable, modular and portable code.

  • The ability to adapt to challenges through self-driven education and experimentation.

  • Problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluent English.

 

Nice to have skills

  • Experience using common machine learning techniques

  • Knowledge of Deep Neural Networks and frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch

Game Designer (remote)

We’re looking for a talented Game Designer to join our expanding team delivering ground-breaking games. The successful applicant will join a team of talented and passionate designers, programmers and producers building inspiring and captivating titles in a friendly working environment.


 

Must have skills

  • Strong understanding of how AI-based games works 

  • Experience working with UE4 at least 2 years  (placing assets, implementing quest logic, building levels, etc)

  • Experience creating & balancing content, preferably within an AI-based games environment

  • Understanding of basics of 3D modeling

  • You have a good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details

  • Fluent English.

 

Nice to have skills

Release Manager

tinyBuild Netherlands (Hilversum) is looking for a quality-focused Release Manager who will work closely with our producers, marketing, programmers, and QA teams to bring our games to digital stores: Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop and all future platforms.

 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritize their work independently and capable of managing multiple products and team relationships. Keeping cool under pressure, being able to think critically through problems and take a technical approach to investigate issues with stakeholders from a variety of different business units is essential to success. The ability to work through ambiguity is critical.

Qualifications 

 

  • Strong project management and communication skills;

Responsibilities

 

  • Owning the scheduling, coordination, quality control and external certification processes across multiple platforms/products;

  • Provide full support of platform certification process and assistance to development teams in identifying potential problems before, during and after releases;

  • Passing all required certification processes;

  • Gathering  all required promo assets and adapting them for the platforms  (fix them on the fly, if necessary);

  • Applying for age ratings;

  • Facilitating the identification and resolution of risk related to releases;

  • Maintaining the process for submitting builds;

  • Establishing the bug triage process to determine and prioritize issues for release; work with appropriate team members to ensure bug fixes happen as planned;

  • Coordinating internal and external release notes and updates.
